The session, led by esteemed resource persons Ms. Kanchan (Counselling Psychologist) and Ms. Bhumika Arora (Clinical Psychologist), helped students understand the importance of setting realistic goals for managing smartphone usage. They were also made aware of the emotional impacts of excessive screen time and equipped with strategies to effectively handle cyberbullying.
