Tie-ups with various Corporates like Panasonic, Pogo channel, Cartoon Network, Hero Honda, Hero Motocorp, The Times of India, The Hindustan Times, Dabur, Nestle ITC, Aviva and many more, helps us organize these seminars and workshops.

INTERNSHIPS, WEBINARS & BRIGHT TALKS INTERNSHIPS
School has taken initiative time and again to meet the fast paced changes by organising various internship programmes for the students during summer vacations. Students were able to understand the functioning of an organisation, ways of working a specified task, code of ethics to be followed while working and got the chance to understand the best career options available to them. It helped them with better vision and better future prospects.
Ajanta Public School, Sec-31, Gurugram organized various webinars amidst COVID-19. The webinar on necessity of synchronizing classrooms with cyber hygiene highlighted the present living environment and how to tackle the problems of Cyber threats. Webinar on Nurturing healthy habits among students reminds us about the importance of good health. Webinar on Wondrous Young Budding Talent aimed at enhancing the skills among students to make them more aplomb, capable and independent. It was an online session, intended to reach out to the students and parents to apprise them about the various means to discover their skills and convert them into their talent. School’s Director/Principal Mr.Vaibhav Kapoor was chosen for interview by Career Beacon on 9 th August,2020. He was questioned to put his views across about the New Education Policy 2020.While answering he laid emphasis on teachers’ training, transformational changes of technology into the school’s curriculum, importance of our regional as well as mother tongue and future based learning which will impact the economy of our country to a great extent. He simplified the complex content of education policy to make it clear to the audience. He advocated the policy by stating that this National Education Policy envisions an education system rooted in Indian ethos that contributes directly to transforming India, that is Bharat, sustainably into an uitable and vibrant knowledge society, by providing high-quality education to all, and thereby making India a global knowledge superpower. The webinar on National Educational Policy 2020 – A Shift from Conservative to Progressive restated the emergency created by COVID -19 pandemic and urged all the stakeholders of higher education, especially the teachers to utilize this opportunity to learn new skills and develop new process to increase the relevance of the teaching programmes. A series of webinars were conducted by Career Beacon for Educators and School Leaders to discuss the strategies for communicating expectations, motivating students, and engaging students as the online medium requires that these aspects of teaching are explicit in nature. Director /Principal of the institution Mr. Vaibhav Kapoor from Ajanta Public School , Sector-31 ,Gurugram along with his faculty members Ms. Devika Rana, Ms. Varnika Singh , Ms.Runa Chatterjee and Ms. Sonia Nagpal were invited to be the panelists and speakers on the topic at hand. All of them expressed their views on online education.
